The ARMC Neurosurgery Residency Program, currently the largest Accredited Osteopathic
Neurosurgery program in the USA. There are currently twelve Faculty Neurosurgeons, in addition to Faculty from other
specialties with whom the Neurosurgery Residents rotate (including Neurologists,
General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Radiologists, Pathologists,
Physiatrists, Pain Specialists, etc.). While the training emphasizes mainstream general neurosurgery, residents
are exposed to significant volumes of brain tumors, complex spine instrumentation,
vascular neurosurgery, craniospinal trauma, and neurointensive care. All residents
are encouraged to pursue subspecialty fellowship training after graduation, and
thus far 100% of our graduates have gone on to subspecialization. Clinical acumen
is greatly emphasized, with daily bedside teaching and rounds; there is ample clinic
experience under close faculty supervision. The pursuit of academic excellence is
an integral part of this Program, with frequent didactic teaching sessions, regular
journal clubs, case conferences, and board exam preparation sessions. Overall, the
primary goal of this Program is to produce compassionate and competent mainstream
Neurosurgeons with impeccable technical skills, exceptional clinical and surgical
judgment, and a passion for life-long learning.
Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program

For more information, please contact the residency coordinator, Madeleine Collado at (909) 580-3496.
Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship Program
Fellows are provided the opportunity to become consultant level subspecialists and function as independent resources for the communities in which they practice. The Fellowship Program provides an intensive clinical exposure, an extensive didactic program, in which the Fellow is expected to actively participate, both as a student and a trainer, and an introduction to clinical research.
